Only what you enter in our forms: name, email, phone, property location and count, PMS details and your message.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation or trial, and prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps prior to a contract, and your consent).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that host this website and our email and CRM tools, under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
