Frequently asked questions
Is a PMS included?
No. You keep your own PMS subscription, or we help you choose one. We connect to it so cleans and messages are triggered automatically.
Do you provide cleaners?
Yes. Cleaning teams are vetted and trained to our checklist, and every turnover is photo-checked.
Can I use my own PMS?
Yes. We work with Sirvoy, Lodgify, Hostaway, Hostfully and others. If yours offers webhooks or an API, we can usually connect it.
Do you handle SIBA and tourist tax?
Yes, with the Compliance add-on or the Full Operations package. Tax returns and accounts stay with your accountant; we prepare the data.
Is there a minimum contract?
The first 30 days are a trial. After that, packages run monthly with 30 days' notice.
